On Thursday, September 9 local time, US president Biden gave a shocking speech mandating all federal employees to get vaccinated (with no option for weekly testing for the unvaccinated). Plus, he demanded that all employees working for private companies of more than 100 people must get vaccinated, or a weekly negative test result is required.

This is the most draconian vaccine mandate ever in US history, and has caused immediate fight-back among all walks of Americans. However, just as most Americans hardly had time to respond to this tyrannical mandate, Biden called Xi Jinping on Thursday evening. And it is reported that the call was initiated by Biden. Financial Times claimed this call was to “reset strained relations” and was “an effort to break an impasse in the Sino-US relationship”. Both sides issued statements after the call. We have gone over the statement by each side and compare the “subtle differences” as following:

Statement issued by US side (on whitehouse.gov) looks rather general, vague and empty. It said “The two leaders had a broad, strategic discussion in which they discussed areas where our interests converge, and areas where our interests, values, and perspectives diverge. They agreed to engage on both sets of issues openly and straightforwardly.”

However, on the CCP side, the statement on this phone call was more aggressive and specific. CCP propaganda used words such as “Xi Jinping pointed out…”, “Xi Jinping emphasized…” and “Xi Jinping illustrated…” to indicate that Xi Jinping was lecturing the president of United States, not the other way around or an equal discussion.

According to the CCP report, Xi Jinping said that “for some time, the China policy adopted by the United States has caused serious difficulties in Sino-US relations. This is not in line with the fundamental interests of the two peoples and the common interests of all countries in the world.” “Sino-US relations are not a multiple-choice question of whether to do a good job, but a must-answer question of how to do a good job.” “Two countries can continue to engage in dialogue and promote coordination and cooperation on climate change, epidemic prevention and control, economic recovery, and major international and regional issues.”

Most importantly, Xi Jinping specifically mentioned “the ‘ice-breaking’ of bilateral relations between China and the United States in 1971” in this phone call, this might indicate that this phone call might serve similar purpose.

CCP claimed that in this phone call, Biden said that “The US has never intended to change the one-China policy.” And both sides “agreed to continue to maintain regular contacts through various means, and will instruct the working levels of both parties to step up their work and conduct extensive dialogues, so as to create conditions for the development of Sino-US relations.”

We can feel the triumph in CCP’s statement after the US was attacked and humiliated continuously in the past several years by CCP virus, vaccine mandate, Afghanistan debacle and communism upheaval.  Also, the timing of this phone call is extremely interesting: it took place right after Biden issuing wide-range vaccine mandates for US and right before the Taliban regime inauguration ceremony, which will take place on September 11. What an utter humiliation.

If this cannot wake up the Americans and the whole world, what can? If we don’t fight for freedom and for our own life now, will we ever have a chance?
