International Atomic Energy Agency says North Korea restarted its nuclear reactor

VOA News, the U.N. atomic energy oversight agency posted an annual report on its website on Aug 27th that North Korea seems to have restarted a nuclear reactor on its territory in Yongbyon, North Korea, which has been the core base of its nuclear testing program.
Since Pyongyang denied access to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors in 2009, the UN agency can’t access North Korea and is monitoring the country’s nuclear sites through satellites. This new report says: “Since early July 2021, satellite imagery has shown signs at the Yongbyon nuclear base that are common to reactor operations, including the discharge of cooling water.”
The Taliban’s armed forces took power in Afghanistan, which means the Chinese Communist Party has another vicious dog. And the equally evil North Korea is completely dependent on the Chinese Communist Party’s direction/support and blood transfer!
